Pool Remodeling Services

Pool Replastering & Resurfacing

If the interior finish in your pool is uneven, rough, cracking, or wearing away, you likely need to replaster your pool. You also may choose to update your pool’s look with a new color, a different pool plaster texture, or a more durable interior finish.

Tile Replacement & Repair

Many clients begin their remodel journey because of the need to re-tile their pool. Over time, tile may fade a bit, crack, or fall off in places. Your pool tile is a feature of your pool that stands out, and you want to take care of any regular wear and tear to keep your pool looking sharp. We work with reliable tile retailers and only use quality tile and materials.

Coping replacement

Many homeowners in the Austin, Dripping Springs, and Hill Country areas have problems with limestone coping due to its tendency to wear and become discolored over time. We replace worn coping with lasting, durable materials that won’t cause you to have these same problems down the road. We use precast concrete coping and natural stone that will withstand pool chemicals and the elements to prevent your coping from shifting, cracking, and wearing as quickly.

Deck Resurfacing & Renovation

Your pool deck has a big impact on the overall look and feel of your backyard. If your existing deck is cracked, worn, outdated, or no longer fits your home's style, resurfacing or renovating it can completely transform the space. Depending on the condition of your existing deck and the look you’re going for, we can update it with spray deck, stone overlays, or stamped concrete overlays; add new decking to expand the space; or remove the existing deck entirely and replace it with something new.

Pool equipment Upgrades

We provide the most up-to-date pool equipment, from variable speed pool pumps that can be controlled by your smart phone to sanitation systems that can lower the chemical use in your pool. A new pool pump, automatic pool cleaner, or updated pool heater can save you money and ease your pool maintenance routine.

Plumbing & Pool Repairs

If your pool or spa isn’t holding water as it should and you suspect a leak but don’t see any visible cracks, you likely need a plumbing repair. If you’re also thinking about updating other features of your pool in the process of repairing pool plumbing, we’re likely a good fit for you.

Complete Pool Renovations

Even if your pool is structurally sound, you may want to update several elements at once to create a completely different look and feel. A full pool renovation can include new plaster, tile, coping, decking, equipment, or other upgrades designed to work together. We can also help coordinate your pool remodel with changes to your home or surrounding outdoor space so the finished result feels intentional and cohesive.

BEFORE

β€œWe needed help to replace waterline tiles on our pool and spa after replacing the coping. A previous contractor had started the job, then ghosted us, leaving piles of debris and rained-on bags of grout and mortar. Michael from Pool Sharp came out the day after we contacted him, gave us a bid the same day, and started work two days later. The job took several days, as weather intervened, and the result is outstanding. Michael kept us updated on delays, as he knew we had some anxiety about being ditched again. The crew was very professional, did great work, and kept the jobsite tidy. They even hauled off all of the materials left by the previous contractor. I would definitely use Pool Sharp again.”
